Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Transport forwarded notices from the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission regarding the cancellation and exemption of a number of administrative fees, requesting the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Yangtze Rivers Administration to follow.
After the cancellation and exemption of these administrative fees, relevant departments and units shall, in accordance with law, perform the necessary funds for the management functions and shall be guaranteed by the financial budget of the same level.
