Zhengzhou 50t/d polyester staple fiber crimping machine developed successfully

Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Hongda Chemical Fiber Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully developed the HV746 150t/d polyester staple fiber crimping machine based on the successful development of 100t/d polyester staple fiber crimping machine, cutting machine and baler “key three machine”. After more than half a year of trial use in Luoyang Petrochemical and Yizheng Chemical Fiber, it has stable operation, excellent performance, low noise, no pollution, large capacity, high precision and high technical content. It has won high praise from two trial companies.


This achievement has filled a domestic technology gap and improved the energy and competitiveness of the domestic polyester staple fiber production line.
