Generally, metal ore and non-metal mines have a depth of about 300m and a daily output of 700t . The ore is used to raise ore. The depth of the well is more than 300m . When the daily output is more than 1000t , the bucket is used for lifting.
If the main well is upgraded, in addition to raising the ore, it is necessary to increase the waste rock, and then add the amount of waste rock in the annual output of the mine. The amount generally accounts for 15-20% of the annual output of the mine .
When the main and the bucket are used for lifting, the standard bucket can be selected according to the reasonable lifting amount and the ore weight.
If the main well is raised by a cage, firstly, according to the specifications of the mine car transported by the mine, it is decided to select the tank that is suitable for it, and then according to the reasonable lifting amount obtained, determine the number of loadings per cage or the cage layer.
Generally, single-layer bicycle common cages are used. If the lifting amount cannot meet the requirements, you can consider using a bucket or a multi-layer multi-vehicle cage. The single-layer double-vehicle cage is easier to access than the double-layer cage, and the lifting time is less. However, the disadvantage is that the section of the wellbore is large.


(2) Selection of auxiliary well lifting vessels The auxiliary wells are all raised by cages, used as upper and lower personnel and for lifting waste rock and material equipment. The specifications of the cage are determined according to the specifications of the mine car used in the mine. When designing, try to use a single-layer car cage. After the primary cage is selected, it should be checked according to the maximum class workers' downtime and the maximum class net operation time. When the maximum class increase time is calculated, it is not more than 6h . If the total time exceeds 6h , multi-vehicle or multi-layer cages should be considered.
(3) Structure and arrangement between ladders

(4) Arrangement between pipe and cable
