There are four common vane pump failure, the solution is simple.
First, no pressure difference (1) vane pump steering wrong, check turn;
(2) medium dirty leaves by the main card: dial Drive Shaft, positive and negative turn a few times so that the activities of the pump blade, the pressure is still not, then remove the pump inspection;
(3) suction tube leakage: check and eliminate air leakage;
(4) suction pipe gas can not be discharged from the outlet: check the valves, open the outlet pipe, the gas discharged from the outlet;
Second, the work pressure can not reach (1) speed is too low. Appropriate increase speed;
(2) sealing a large number of leaks, first check whether the bearing is damaged, if not bad, check the Oil Seal and replace;
(3) safety valve opening pressure is too low, adjust the safety valve plug to meet the required pressure;
(4) pump internal loss is too large, the main parts of the vane pump such as: pump eccentric sleeve, end caps, rotors, blades and other wear is too large then replace the parts;
Third, vibration and noise (1) bearing damage, replacement of bearings;
(2) pump shaft and drive shaft is not the same heart, the offset is too large, adjust the pump shaft and drive shaft concentricity, so that the tilt angle of not more than 7 degrees;
(3) Vane pump foot loose, fastening the pump anchor bolts;
(4) eccentric sleeve wear too much, replace the eccentric sleeve;
Fourth, the double joint pump changes difficult, teeth are not on (1) the pressure is too low or electromagnetic valve failure, increase the pressure or replace the solenoid valve;
(2) soft-axis cable off or not flexible, adjust and lubricate or replace.
