The state adopts interest subsidy policy on imported technology products of machine tools

In order to actively expand the shortage of domestic resources and technical products, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the "Notice on Issuing Catalogues of Encouraging Imported Technologies and Products" (Development and Reform Industry [2007] No. 2515). For China's enterprises to introduce advanced technology, import of important equipment, the development of key industries and the import of resource products, raw materials to encourage, the state to give discount interest support.

The important equipment in the "Encourage Imported Technologies and Product Catalogue" in the machine tool industry is:

1. Encourage the introduction of advanced technologies. High-end CNC machine tools and functional components design and manufacturing technology.

2. Encourage import of important equipment. Boring and milling center, flexible processing unit, turning heart, CNC grinding machine, gantry CNC milling machine, metal honing machine, universal hydraulic press, diamond hydraulic press, CNC cutting machine.

3. Encourage the development of key industries. CNC machine tools, key parts and tool manufacturing; high-speed, precision CNC machine tools with three axes or more, CNC systems, and AC servo drives and linear motors.

In order to do a good job of trade balance promotion, standardize and strengthen the management of import interest-subsidy funds, improve the efficiency of the use of fiscal funds, and coordinate with the specific implementation of the Catalogue of Encouraging Imported Technologies and Products, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce have also formulated the “Interest Subsidy Fund Management” Interim Measures.
