The 50kg/h polyethylene pilot plant constructed at the base is the first gas-phase polyethylene pilot plant of CNPC, simulating Uniivation's Unipol polyethylene production process. The main equipment includes the polymerization raw material refining unit and raw material feeding unit. , catalyst preparation and feeding unit, gas phase reactor unit, polymer separation and supporting public works.
After the base is completed, it will carry out evaluation and research work on new polyethylene catalysts, promote the localization of polyethylene catalysts, develop new polyethylene products and special materials suitable for China's national conditions, and increase the added value and technical content of products.
