Application:
 ZJA-T is specially used for 500KV, 750KV, 1000KV AC power grid, ±660KV,±800KV DC power supply. This machine has a strong ability of vacuum degassing, oil-water  separation, and particles purification. Commonly used in the transformer on-site maintenance and high grade new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, EHV transformer oil deep purification treatment. Also used for vacuum oiling and drying of the transformer.
Feature:
- Double -stage vacuum with advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil such as water, impurity and gas.
- It can be used in filling oil and vacuum pumping for transformers installation and maintenance .
- Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities from the oil.
- Automatic temperature control system, liquid-level control system, defoaming controlsystem, pressure protecting system and excellent configuration can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance, Function of automatically detecting the pollution degree of filter element.
- Online work, allowing unattended operation,indicators showing the operation condition.
- It is humanization design with low noise, deep purification and long time free maintenance to save runing cost.
- Purifiers are equipped with interlock protection system,interlocks of oil pumping system, vacuum system and heating system, to avoids any possible negative impacts caused by mal-operation.
- Indication for changing filters, stop device for overloaded filters.
- Stop device for electric leakage and overloaded to protect the motor.
- Phase-sequence and open-phase protection,Safety control for abrupt shut-down.
- Extra system of pumping vacuum for transformer is available. Â
- With the inlet and outlet oil swap function.
Optional mode:
- PLC intelligent control, touch screen and dynamic display.
- On line moisture meter,  particle detector ,flow meter with accumulated function.
- VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)
- Available in mobile option, immovable option and trailer types, housing, canopy-covering, open and frame styles are optional.
