The curved shape of the two reverberatory furnaces or the short kiln is representative of Southeast Asian countries and adopted by individual factories in China.
(1) Buting-worth smelting tin process
The processed concentrate component (%) was: 75.25Sn, 0.02As, 0.06S, 0.67Fe, 0.06Cu, 0.024Pb, 0.004Bi, 0.31TiO 2 . The tinning process is shown in Figure 1.

In addition, the plant also handles medium-grade Lao tin concentrates containing 40TSn, 20% Fe and other impurities. After the pre-refining treatment in the separate process shown in FIG. 2, it becomes a high-grade tin concentrate, and then undergoes reduction smelting.
(2) Tinning process in the Peltim tin smelting plant in Indonesia
The treated tin concentrate composition (%) is: 69.01-74.32Sn0.003-0.057As, 0.01-1.50S, 0.86-2.4Fe, 0.01-0.012Cu, 0.001-0.073Pb, 0.001-0.003Bi, 0.001Sb, 0.99 -3.17 SiO 2 . The tinning process is shown in Figure 3.

(III) China tin-making process of non-ferrous metal smelting plant in Zhangzhou
Plant into the plant material is tungsten based, while containing tin, middlings molybdenum, bismuth, copper wool or sand. The general composition (%) of the medium ore is: 39.11-42.10WO 3 , 2.88-5.13Sn, 0.74-1.06Mo, 1.02-1.06Bi, 2.10-2.70Cu. Tungsten tin wool contains 40% Sn. First choice in selection of material for the workshop: selection by magnetic separation cassiterite - wolframite; -; sulphide ore flotation separation method selected from electrical and scheelite flotation cassiterite. Tin concentrate output, respectively, of tungsten concentrates and associated metals concentrate. The tin concentrate composition (%) entering the tin-smelting process (see Figure 4) is: 69.51-71.09Sn, 0.1-0.51As, 0.16-0.34S, 1.0-1.5Fe, 0.03-0.08Cu, 0.13-0.37Bi, 0.14 -0.21 Pb, 0.3-0.7 Ca, 0.7-3.29 SiO 2 , 1.4-1.9 WO 3 .
