Introduction of aluminum or copper cable granulator
Our cable wire granulator is mainly used for recycling various scrap communication wire/cable, such as copper wire, aluminum wire, telephone wire, USB wire, computer wire, waste automobile wire and other miscellaneous wires, etc with diameter between 0.2-20mm. The copper separation rate is more than 95%. It can process cable and wire which single core, double core or multi-core, either twisted or tangled, with or without plug. The max Dia. for double core and multi-core cables is 20mm. For single core wire, the minimum Dia. should be 0.2mm.
Copper granulator is composed of the grinding host machine, air flow sorting and collecting system and shaking parts and final dust collection bag or cyclone; it is combination structure; its main work theory is to sort and collect the copper via dry production without any water, adopts environmental protection way to recycle the scrap  wire copper.

Our copper granulator production line includes:
1. Pre-shredder
Rough crush raw materials before the second crushing.
2. Second crushing
It is an important part before separation, crushing the materials into 3-5mm smaller pieces.
3. Copper and plastic separation
The whole process mainly adopts air separation assisted by vibrating separation.
4. Dust collecting system
A specially designed dust collecting system will be used to collect all the dust caused.

Combined Flow Closed Cooling Tower

Closed Cooling Tower is operated by circulating water or fluid, which is divided into two closed loops.

1. Circulation in the tower: the circulating water or fluid passes through the hot zone environment. After the water temperature rises, it enters the surface cooler in the tower, and the heat is sent to the environment outside the tower through the surface cooler and ventilation fan. The cooled circulating water or fluid is sent to the heat source by the water pump.

2. Circulation outside the tower: the spray water is sent to the spray system by the water tank through the water pipe. After spraying, the spray water first exchanges heat with the filler, so that the spray water can be cooled rapidly. At this time, the water contacts the surface of the surface cooler for heat exchange. Part of the hot steam is discharged through the ventilation fan, and the cooled spray water drops to the water tank for secondary circulation to form an external circulation for cooling.
